Damien Greer Lawyers recently developed the Parenting Pathway, a bespoke, legally binding agreement for parenthood that can allow couples to gain parenting orders, in close consultation with the birth mother. Damien has practised for over 30 years in the Family law and de facto relationship fields. Damien is an Accredited Family Law Specialist, a Mediator and an Arbitrator with extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas of family law. He has a particular interest in complex financial and property settlements and international family law matters.
Wendy Miller Special Counsel
Wendy has been practising exclusively in Family Law and de facto relationship practice areas since 1996. Wendy is experienced in alternate dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration and the collaborative law process) and conducted litigation in both the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Scott Richardson Special Counsel
Scott has been practicing law since August 2000 across various jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Asia, New South Wales, & Tasmania. Specialising in Family Law for 10 years and with 4 years in Criminal defence Scott brings his passion for the law to the team at Damien Greer Lawyers.
Justin Hine Senior Lawyer
Justin was admitted as a Lawyer in 2009 and has worked predominantly in Family Law for the past five years. He has experience in a variety of areas of law giving him significant litigation experience and a greater understanding of the broader issues that can arise in family law matters.
Caitlin Wilson Senior Lawyer
Since being admitted to practice in 2010, Caitlin has practised exclusively in Family Law.. She has a particular interest in international family law matters, including but not limited to international relocation, international child abduction and other international jurisdictional issues.

Sarah was admitted as a solicitor in June 2011 and has practised in family law since that time. Sarah is passionate about helping her clients achieve the best possible outcome.
